Starting from your concept our your idea we can a create an electronic design. Based on your descriptions we can draw schematics.

Your design can comprise analogue and/or digital electronics as well as complex power supply circuits (AC, DC, USB, batteries, charging circuit etc.) and wireless technologies such as ISM RF, Wifi, bluetooth, zigbee etc.

Following up on our electronic schematic (or yours) we can develop the complete PCB board with solutions for layout, routing, impedance controlled high-speed design, busses, mixed analogue / digital tracks etc.

Prototyping is a necessary part of the design process. As part of any design that we do for a customer, we will deliver one or more functioning prototype, so that the customer can verify its functionality. We handle the parts ordering and assembly for prototypes.

Once the initial prototype is working to the customers satisfaction, has been fully tested, and is ready to go to full production, OCEE , turns the project over to a contract manufacturer (CM). If the customer doesn't already have a CM we can recommend one from our list of partners. Because OCEE specialize only in Engineering, and our partners specialize only in Manufacturing, our customers get the highest quality in both areas, as opposed to those who use firms who attempt to do everything.

Starting from your or our generated Gerber files we can assist you in manufacturing prototypes.

We have a broad experience in planning / timing for batches, create BOM lists etc. Optimizing manufacturing is also one of our expertises (for example by development of special tooling).

IP Core Reusable Design

Hardware definition languages such as VHDL or verilog make digital designs completely portable across chip vendors, and allow you to even create your own custom ASIC if you so desire.
